Royce Sampson has over 50 years of publishing and printing experience. He has managed several departments for a Fortune 500 printing company in Baltimore, Maryland before building his own management company, Royce Enterprises, Inc., along with his wife, daughter, and two sons.

Jerry Royce Sampson is the president and co-publisher of Rock Publications. His visionary and innovative ideas have enabled Rock Publications to reinvent itself, and journey into the .COM era. Jerry majored in corporate communications at the University of Baltimore, and he learned first-hand how important it is to venture into publishing online. He is also the company’s book production & sales manager.

Michael Sampson is the editor-in-chief of THE ROCK online newsmagazine and the online fashion magazine. Michael's publishing experience has helped to propel him as an expert in the field of publishing development and corporate structure. While in college, he worked as a customer service representative for a Baltimore-based newspaper publisher, and learned how invaluable great customer service is to clients. He gained his composition publishing experience at a Baltimore-based Fortune 500 publishing & printing company.

Jerlean Sampson, Royce's wife, serves as an advisor to the organization as she continues to own and operate her successful educational consulting business.

Sophia S. Jacobs, the daughter, holds an MBA degree and oversees the accounting of the business.

The Sampsons enjoy giving back to the community as much as they enjoy managing their company. Royce holds several board positions with community-based organizations, and was the founder of a youth program, The We Care Youth Club. Michael has chaired several youth entrepreneurship programs and is still serving as a mentor. Jerry Royce is developing an internship program for a local high school within the infrastructure of their publishing company. Jerlean has mentored to young girls, and Sophia teaches modern dance & ballet lessons at her church.
